Display case assembly
Follow six guided steps. Drag the model to inspect the case from different angles, then move forward when each part is secure.
The top and bottom panels are already pre-assembled. Attach the two back vertical frames to the bottom panel using the provided screws.
Check the orientation: the rail side with the pre-installed rubber insert must face toward the front of the case, while the matching side rails face inward toward each other.
Slide the two transparent side panels into the rails on the back vertical frames and the bottom frame.
The black rubber gaskets are already installed inside the rails and will hold the panels securely in place.
Attach the two front vertical frames to the remaining corners of the bottom panel using the provided screws.
Check the orientation: the magnetic strips face toward the front, while the full-height panel rail channels face toward the back. The flat sides face outward to the left and right.
Insert the back panel into the inward-facing rails on the two back frames, with your preferred display color facing toward the front. The rails allow the panel to slide in with minimal friction.
Once the panel is in position, press the included soft black rubber sealing strip into the space behind it so it sits firmly.
The sealing strip is bundled in transparent wrapping. Cut it to the required length for each section of the back frame.
Place the pre-assembled top panel onto all four vertical frames.
Align all four corners, then secure the panel using the four remaining black screws inserted from above.
The magnetic sealing rails are already installed. Align the front acrylic panel evenly with the frame.
Allow the panel to snap gently into position, creating a clean, dust-resistant seal.
